All information you submit to Mage Gadgets or in connection with our Service is accurate and complete and that you will maintain and promptly update any profile supplied to us to ensure accuracy at all times.

Software updates are included for free for one year for every plugin and extension. If you have a valid and active license key, updates can be downloaded from your customer account dashboard.

Email address is mandatory for communication purpose with you. It is strongly recommends that you use the email address associated with your company. You are free to use free emails for the registration and checkout process, however, orders that are placed using free email addresses will be checked more thoroughly, which may take longer time for activation as a result.

All our products are available for download once your payment has been accepted and also verified. In case you are unable to download a product, you are requested to check your payment status via your payment processor interface.

In the event that you purchase one of our plans or product and you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a refund up to 45 days following your purchase by sending us an e-mail at magegadgets@gmail.com containing your Transaction ID. Please note, we do not provide money back on installation and customization services. Refunds will only be processed upon receiving an email (purchase email) from you with any justified reason about the purchased product.

If this software is found to be stolen, distributed without permission, illegally obtained, or if the users of this software are found to be breaching any of the terms herein, the Licensor has the unconditional right to prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We will promptly reflect any such modifications on these Web pages.
